Walk the Rock is Back & Better Than Ever!

Your Working on Wellness Committee challenges you to take a step. In fact we challenge you to take 10,000 steps a day!
It is easy to record your steps from an activity or from your pedometer on the Walk the Rock site. We will be posting updates on the portal from time to time so check it out!
The Working on Wellness Committee has put a little Coastal Community spin on this initiative. This time around there will be three phases where the WOW Committee will "unlock" funds to be donated to a community group. AND, we want your suggestions for which community group should receive the funds.
There will be challenges and lots of prizes to help keep us all motivated so be sure to check out the portal on a regular basis.
