We are so excited that you have signed up.

This October is Workplace Wellness Month. Challenge your workplace to a walking challenge.
Currently, staff at Town of Golden is walking for Workplace Wellness.
Winter Walking will begin in November, keep an eye out for imoprtant dates.
 

Congratulations to Diana Au for winning the 2011 Youth Summer Walking Challenge.

The Golden Winter Walking Program was quite successful, thanks to all of you who came out every week. We look forward to seeing you next Winter.
The Youth Summer Walking Challenge has begun... Lady Grey kids are tracking their steps across Europe this summer. The race is on and will go to the beginning of September. Remember to log your steps in everyday.
Pedometers are available at the Town of Golden office. If you would like one, please pop in and pick one up. It's free, just like walking, so sign up, and start stepping.
