The Vernon Employee Wellness challenges all staff a to walk their way to better health by joining our "Walking Works" Walk Across Canada Challenge.

What is IHON "Walking Works"?

IHON "Walking Works" is a walking/pedometer program with a focus on physical activity and healthy living. We encourage all staff to be more active, get heart healthy, decrease stress and have fun in the process. Our IHON "Walking Works" website allows you to monitor your progress as well as our team effort to walk across Canada. Along the way we'll give you helpful advice on healthy living.
