We will be holding our Family Ski Night on March 2nd. Bring the family out for a night of skiing and fun. Lessons will be available and don't miss the fireworks show!
 
Don't forget the hosted cross country Thursday night ski's at Black Jack. The fun starts at 6:30 from the Trailhead.

Welcome to Inspiring Wellness Steps Out

It's time to step out! Whether you are thinking about starting a walking program or you are already walking regularly and are curious about how far you're going or you want to monitor your activity levels – Inspiring Wellness Steps Out is the place to get started. You can track your steps, monitor your progress and connect with your friends and family. And, our Activity Converter easily converts other forms of physical activity that you do into steps. From soccer, canoeing, tennis to yoga and more - you can easily count these steps in.

And your goal? Walk to Vancouver from Beijing before 2010. Seems like a great distance and overwhelming goal, but exercising on a regular basis, you can get there. A map will help to chart your progress on the way. Key is, start today – so that you can get there in 2010!
 
What is “Inspiring Wellness Steps Out"?

Inspiring Wellness Steps Out is an online activity measurement program that encourages you to take steps towards shaping your healthy lifestyle through physical activity. This program enables you to track your steps on a daily or weekly basis or convert your activity to steps and monitor your progress over time. Register now and start stepping your way to a healthy lifestyle.

Your Inspiring Wellness Committee has developed the Steps Out program for all employees and their families. Whether you are living, working, or playing, we encourage you register in the Steps Out program and get moving to a more healthy and active lifestyle. Our goal is for you to discover healthy ways to infuse your day with physical activity that you can enjoy throughout your lifetime.
 
The best way to stay motivated in any activity is to have people around you – walk with you. Get together a group from your business area, your family, friends or neighbours. Encourage each other to get out there, and be active!
