To register For the First Time:

1.To register simply click on Register Here. Enter in all of your personal information. Your registration ID is your or your family member's employee number.This is the only number you need for your login. You must have this number to fully activate your registration. Then choose your group ID from the drop down menu. This will allow you in on some other incentives and challenges.

2. Click on the link that says Register Here, then complete the form.

3. Email Reminders: Steps Out will send out a gentle reminder email when you haven't logged in for over a week. You can opt in or out of this feature by changing your profile.
